Connecting charger to site

After installing the charger​

  1. Via the charger’s config tool, set the charger’s OCPP communication URL to:​

OCPP 1.6wss://ocpp.emabler.net/ocpp/wss://ocpp.emabler.io/ocpp/
OCPP 2.0.1wss://ocpp.emabler.net/ocpp/wss://ocpp2.emabler.io/ocpp/

  1. Make note of the OCPP ID (or set it to a value you wish)

  2. Create a new charger through eMabler UI or API

Configurations in the eMabler UI​

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add a charger to a site.

1. Navigate to the site where you want to add the new charger.

2. Click "Add Charger"

3. Click the "Charger Name" field and add a name for your new charger. After that click the "Charger ID" field and add the charger id of your new charger. Note: Charger ID must match the OCPP ID set in charger settings

4. After adding the values, finish the creation of new charger by pressing "Create" button.

5. The new charger will be visible on "Chargers" list. By clicking the new charger you can view the details of the charger.
